ABOUT PARSONS HAY

After several years of growing grain hay in the Tehachapi mountains, the Parsons Family, lead by Kevin Parsons and his trusty team of sidekicks, is happy to announce our locally grown alfalfa hay for 2026 is available for sale.

 

Parsons Hay and Harvest was founded in 2023 by husband and wife Kevin and Juliann Parsons and their 3 children. The Parsons family has resided in the Tehachapi Mountains since the early 2000's although has called Kern County home for multiple generations, growing up in the mountains just to the North of Tehachapi in the Kern River Valley.

Our family run small business is the essence of ground up beginnings, as we have developed previously unused properties and installed irrigation infrastructure with family and friends to support the adventure of our start-up farming business.  

 

 We look forward to continuing to support the rural lifestyle of Tehachapi and like minded communities with premium western forages meeting your livestock and equine nutritional needs.
